The Temple of the Majutsujin
A brief history on the Saiyajin off-shoot tribe, as well as profiles on two of its remaining members.
The Majutsujin are actually a Saiyajin group formerly know as the Majutsu clan. Back in the primal days of the Saiyajin race, the Majutsu clan seeked enlightenment through spirituality and very deep religious belief. Their insight into the world of magic seperated them from their Saiyajin breathern, in fact they believed that this made them an entirely different species. They secluded themselves from the rest of the Saiyajin tribes, furthering their understanding of the universe and its workings. It was written in one of their religious texts that one day a child with violet hair would be born, and that this would mark the beginning of the end of their planet. Surely enough, a child with violent hair was born, a girl named Hana. Knowing that they could not prevent the end of the world, but that they could escape it, the elders and scientists of the clan began to devise ways to leave the planet Vegeta, in hopes that there might be some other planet like their's. 18 years after the birth of Hana, Frieza appeared on the planet's surface and offered the Saiyajin weapons and technology for their services as destroyers. The Saiyajins, being a race of war and enterprise, quickly took the deal. The Majutsujin, however, hid themselves away from the others, now a shadow society and a myth among the Saiyajin population. The Majutsujin aquired some of the alien technology, and after a few painstaking years of adjusting it to hold well over 300 people, their dream had come true. Finally a way to get off of the planet was at their reach. Being careful not to alarm Frieza or any of the Saiyajins, they made their escape from the planet. This was only a few weeks before the planet was destroyed by Frieza, and thus the prophecy had been fulfilled...

Dreaded Pestilence : A harsh beginning.
Soon after they had left they spotted a planet right outside of their solar system. When they landed, they knew right away that this would be harder than they had imagined. The planet was barren, covered only with a few patches of plant life. The animals of the planet were far and few between, and those that were easy to find were extremely hard to kill, even with magic. The Majutsujin struggled to survive under these almost unlivable conditions, and maybe could have prospered as a society had it not been for a sudden plague that appeared during their 12th year on the planet. Several of them died instantly, others could only wait for their eventual death. Despite their knowledge of magic and medicine, they could not save themselves in the end. In the 13th year, it is believed that only two of the Majutsujin survived, Enshoku(age 12), and Aiiro(age 10), both the sons of Hana. Enshoku was forced to bury most of his family and friends, those that had not wandered off into the distance to die out of sight. Aiiro was traumatized by the event, such a young boy so close to so much death and suffering. Enshoku remained strong willed though, and helped his brother through this rough time. Together, they lived off the food that was left, knowing they would eventually have to forge out into the hard earth to find more. While Enshoku did most of the work, Aiiro concentrated on strengthening his magic skills. Occasionally they would switch up, Aiiro doing the hunting and Enshoku practicing his magic, but this was rare.

The Last Sons of the Majutsujin
And so Enshoku and Aiiro survived on the planet, despite the extremely harsh conditions. After 11 years, they were now grown men, but they had an animalistic part to their soul now, one that seemed to only concentrate on survival above everything else. Enshoku, by this time, had killed anything worth killing on the planet, and was a great hunter. He had slayed many-a beast that sometimes was more than 10 times his own size with thick armor plating and gaping jaws filled with teeth. He now thought himself fearless, like a force of nature. Aiiro, on the other hand, had become preoccupied with the world of spirits, often communicating with the spirits of nature, convincing them to do things like make it rain and cool the temperature of the air. It was during this year that they found what they had been searching for, the spaceship that brought their civilization to this planet. It took a few months, but Aiiro figured out how to get it to work. The two of them left the planet and everything they knew, in search of a new home once again.
